What is the purpose of a general counsel?
A general counsel can be utilized by your business not only as a legal resource, but also as someone that your business can lean on for business planning and strategy.  The general counsel packages that we provide remove hourly billing from your legal relationship and you pay us a flat fee each month.

How do we hire preforma?
Our onboarding process requires an initial 1-hour consultation where we will discuss your current needs, timeline, and future plans. Throughout the consultation we will work to develop a plan of attack to assist you or your business in the most cost-effective manner. What are the costs?
An initial consultation is $199.00. The fees for each client thereafter are different depending on the client needs, the complexity of the legal issues involved, and the anticipated timeline for performance. For our general counsel packages, the price is determined on a client-by-client basis and is based on a number of factors including, without limitation, the complexity of the work, our history with the client, and the anticipated volume of work.
Are there any matters that you would not be able to help us with as general counsel?
As a general counsel we generally would not be representing you in litigation matters where we are not members of the bar.  Also, we do not register patents. Nevertheless, if there are certain matters that we are unable to represent you on, we can help you find the correct attorney for that matter, and may even manage the relationship with that attorney.
What is your availability as a general counsel?
We would be available to you throughout the business day.  If you are a company that is based on the East Coast, Central or Mountain Time, we are able to accommodate your schedule and will make ourselves available on your local 9-5.
